Self-Love Somatics Class

This is a gentle body-led experience designed to support nervous system regulation and cultivate a deep sense of safety, presence and self-connection.

In this class we move beyond mindset work and into the body where true self-love is felt and not forced.
Through slow, intentional practices, you’ll be guided to soften stored tension, reconnect with the natural rhythm of the body and create space for rest and energetic nourishment.

The experience will include:

-Grounding breathwork to calm the nervous system
-Gentle somatic movement to support regulation
-Light, self-guided fascia release
-Intentional time for rest & integration

This is beginner friendly and accessible to all bodies no prior experience needed.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or craving a deeper relationship with yourself, this space is an invitation to slow down and reconnect.

(Please bring a yoga mat if you have one and a water if needed - Blankets & other supportive supplies will be provided)

Group 1 will be at 10:00a-11:15a
Group 2 will be at 12:00a-1:15a
