A Mother's’ circle for connection, regulation & belonging.
Evening village is a gentle bi-weekly gathering space for mothers to have respite, community and to return to themselves and to each other.
In a world that asks mothers to carry a heavy load alone, this circle offers something ancient and deeply needed: A village. A place to breathe, cry, laugh, be held, witnessed and remember we were never meant to carry this load by ourselves.
Each circle is intentionally slow, grounding and supportive to the nervous system. We will gather in community to share, rest, move energy and reconnect with our bodies and minds. We will allow space for somatic movement, breathing and nervous system regulation but also space for sharing, laughing and exchanging conversation. Here there is no fixing, no rushing, no responsibilities and no expectation to show up in any specific way. You can come tired, messy, tender or with an overflowing cup to pour into others. Just real women and space to be human.
You do not need experience with meditation, somatics or breathwork for this experience. This is very gentle and flowy. No need to have it all together here simply come as you are and be held by community.
This event is community supported/donation based - all contributions go directly toward space maintenance and providing for future events.
