❋ About the founder:

Rooted Path Wellness and Rooted Path Wellness Collective was founded by Mckenzie Schatzer, a somatic and energy practitioner and mentor devoted to nervous system regulation, embodied healing and sustainable personal growth.

After walking her own path through deep personal transformation, Mckenzie became passionate about helping others reconnect to their bodies, restore safety within their nervous systems and build lived rooted in integrity.

Through both private sessions and the creation of the collective, her vision is to provide a grounded, trauma-informed space where practitioners and clients alike can grow with clarity, confidence and heart.
