Reclaim & Rise is a 6-week 1:1 healing and mentorship experience for the woman ready to release the energetic patterns keeping her stuck and reclaim the power, clarity and confidence she knows is within her.
This isn’t surface level healing, this is soul level integration through a blend of Reiki energy work, spiritual mentorship and somatic tools, we will move stagnant energy, rewire limiting beliefs and activate your intuitive knowing so you can move forward more grounded, clear and fully expressed.
This journey includes:
6× 75 minute sessions (Reiki + spiritual mentorship)
Intuitive guidance + energy readings/card pulls
Weekly integration practices (journaling, embodiment work, energetic practices)
Voxer text support M-F between sessions for ongoing support
